Build ingredients into the serving glass over ice and stir to serve

20ml (1/2 oz) The Bitter Truth Violet Liqueur
1/2 a bar spoon tartaric acid
2 drops Lavender Bitters
50ml (2oz) fresh mineral water
Garnish:
Flowers, Tie Dye and fancy Lime
Glass:
Highball
Ice:
Rocks
Method:
Build ingredients in a mixing glass and pour into a soda stream bottle. Carbonate on the soda stream for a few seconds and pour into your iced glass to serve.

35ml (1 oz) Hayman’s London Dry Gin
35ml (1 oz) Fraise Liqueur
15ml (1/2 oz) homemade mint syrup
15ml (1/2 oz) freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 dash The Bitter Truth Grapefruit Bitters
1 egg
Garnish:
strawberry, lemon zest, edible flowers

Method:
Hard shake all ingredients firstly without ice to bind the egg proteins, then add cubed ice to hard shake and strain into your chilled serving glass.

45ml (1 1/2 oz) Rye Whiskey
45ml (1 1/2 oz) Sloe Gin
45ml (1 1/2 oz) The Bitter Truth Apricot Liqueur
3 dashes The Bitter Truth Jerry Thomas Bitters

Garnish:
Berries

Method:
Shake with ice and strain into a chilled coupette glass

Violet Sorbet with Champagne

WILD BERRY-VIOLET-SORBET with CHAMPAGNE

Ingredients:
280 gr. (10 oz) mixed berries like raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, redcurrants
200ml (6 1/2 oz) The Bitter Truth Violet Liqueur
25ml (3/4) oz lemon juice
28 gr (1 oz) sugar
Garnish:
Flowers
Glass:
Rock Glass
Ice:
None
Method:
Puree all ingredients and strain through a colander to remove the small kernels. Use an ice cream machine to make a sorbet or put the puree into a freezer until it’s frozen.
Put a scoop of sorbet into a glass and fill up with champagne.

50ml (1 1/2 oz) Death Door White Whiskey
15ml (1/2 oz) Dolin Blanc Vermouth
15ml (1/2 oz) Benedictine Liqueur
6 drops The Bitter Truth Orange Bitters
Garnish:
Lemon Peel
Glass:
Martini
Ice:
None
Method:
Add all ingredients to an ice-filled bar glass. Stir gently, to blend
ingredients and chill. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Top with dash
of seasonal eau de vie for additional aromatics.
