<p>1.5 oz Appleton Reserve 12year<br />
.5  oz Del Maguey Chichicapa mezcal<br />
1 oz demerara simple syrup<br />
.75  oz lime juice<br />
4 dashes of the Bitter Truth Creole bitters<br />
4-6  large mint leaves</p>
<p>Method: Place mint, demerara, rum, lime juice, in tin or mixing glass, lightly muddle and mix ingredients. Add all ingredients into highball/collins glass. Top until 3/4 full with crushed ice/cracked ice. Add bitters and swizzle with swizzle stick. Top with more crushed/cracked ice. Float Mezcal on top.</p>

		<description><![CDATA[<p>At the Veneto Lounge, bar manager Solomon invented a style of the gin and tonic named after the owner of the Hotel and Lounge Mr. Danzo.  Its called … the Danzo.</p>
<p>Basically it’s some fine <strong>Hendricks Gin</strong>, <strong>Q tonic</strong>, <strong>Bitter Truth celery bitters</strong>…. with some <strong>sliced cucumbers</strong> served on the side with <strong>Pink Himalayan Salt</strong> sprinkled on top.</p>
<p>They serve up the Danzo all pretty.  The presentation is fantastic. You glass comes on a plate with a single cube of ice and the bitters.  A serving of gin is in a little glass to the side and you have your bottle of Q tonic as well.  Cucumbers are on the plate. <p>Ice an old fashioned glass with cracked ice and 2 cl of Pernod, then pour it out.</p>
<p>In a mixing glass put:</p>
<p>1 sugar cube<br />
3 drops The Bitter Truth Aromatic Bitters<br />
3 drops Chocolate Bitters</p>
<p>Crush the sugar cube.</p>
<p>Add to mixing glass:<br />

7 cl Ardbeg Single Malt Scotch (10 year old)<br />
