Wild Mountain Thyme Julep60 ml (2 oz) Irish Whiskey 30 ml (1 oz) maple syrup 30ml (1 oz) The Bitter Truth – E**X**R or Elixier 15 ml (1/2 oz) fresh lemon juice large bunch of fresh Thyme. Muddle thyme in the maple syrup, add other ingredients and shake.
