60ml (2 oz) Redemption Rye Whiskey

20ml (2/3 oz) Picon Biere

1 barspoon gomme syrup

2 dashes The Bitter Truth Jerry Thomas Bitters

Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass or coupe and garnish with a small orange twist.
