2 oz horseradish-infused Bulldog Gin
4 oz tomato water
2 dashes The Bitter Truth Celery Bitters
2 dashes The Bitter Truth Lemon Bitters

Shake and strain over fresh rocks. Garnish with celery stick and cherry tomato.
