Old-Fashioned with Creole Bitters

• 2 oz Vintage Rye, Rittenhouse 100 will be just fine, and Thomas Handy would rock
• 4 dashes of Bitter Truth Creole Bitters
• 1 barspoon rich simple syrup
• 2 lemon twists

Pulverize one lemon twist lightly in the bottom of your mixing glass and discard, add ice, and rye, simple, and bitters.  Stir, pour, garnish with the other twist.  Lean back and enjoy, a lot.
