NEW YORK - It’s not every day that you get even two of the world’s best bartenders shaking and strutting their stuff under one roof, and even more rare that these same bar stars can entertain in Manhattan’s finest watering holes on the same night 4, 6, and more at a time. Cocktail All-Stars (CAS) – launched in Asia this past year to help inspire and evolve the markets based on quality of spirits, drinks, and experience alone – is an assembly of the world’s most inspirational figures from Sydney and San Francisco to London and New York, all working together to create culturally stylized, spirited evenings dedicated to celebration and sipping.
On February 8-11, All-Stars rolls into New York City under the direction of iconic barman Eben Freeman – dubbed “the future of alcohol” by The Guardian in London, UK. Michelin-starred celebrity chefs Brad Farmerie and Chris Rendell of Public and Double Crown and cutting-edge design firm AvroKO will take on duties for art and culinary direction. Co-hosting the event will be Heritage Radio Network beverage DJ and Waverly Inn sommelier Erin Fitzpatrick.
On all nights, master distillers, elite bartenders, and artisanal spirit directors from The Bitter Truth bitters, Domaine de Canton, Don Julio, Zacapa, Ketel One, Sagatiba, Aviation Gin, Barsol Pisco, Hudson Whiskey/Tuthilltown Spirits, and Hangar One, as well as rare spirits from Alpenz will be on hand.

The spotlight will be on brown, aged, high-end booze – expect lots of stirring, sipping, and stories. All-Stars include: author Gary Regan, Eben Freeman, writer and scholar Dave Wondrich, “King Cocktail” Dale DeGroff, James Menite of Porterhouse, Tony C of London, author/barman Toby Cecchini, and more to come.
